What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for our customers.

How long does shipping take?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process it.
The shipping time varies on each country basis but will usually take 14-30 days.

How can I track my order?

Full tracking will be provided for your order as soon as we have processed your order.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and the delivery method you choose. You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if it can’t be delivered to you.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be sold in our online store
- The article must not be used in any way
- The return or exchange request will be made within 60 days after delivery

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges and follow the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please mention that you wish to exchange your item with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free of charge?

To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. After receiving the address, place the item safely in the original packaging and attach your proof of purchase. Your return is in some cases free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to our error, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return shipment?

Returns will be confirmed within 60 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, the refund, exchange or credit will be made by our services within 14 days of acceptance of your return.
